"The staff was efficient and personable and the rates were much more attractive than Travelers. I hope if I have a claim the reviews on Facebook do not prove out to be true. When I shared my experience with Travelers and switching to State Farm I was bombarded with comments like "You'll be sorry" and "It's the old Bait and Switch" They will jump your Premiums in excess next year. I also heard of lengthy delays in respect to settling claims. Like I said, I hope they don't become true. Facebook wasn;t flattering to you."

"I highly recommend Galen Shields for all of your insurance needs! We moved to McPherson in July from the East Coast and everyone in the office is super personable and knowledgable. It was a breeze cancelling my old policies and setting up the new ones (home, auto, business). Keri took care of everything for me and provided me with detailed information. When I wasn't sure about signing up for the safe drive beacons, she took plenty of time to explain how they worked -without any pressure to choose them (which in the end, we did!). On the East Coast my insurance office didn't even know who I was after 10 years with them. Here, I felt like a member of the family after my first visit!"

"Galen and his team have been providing my family fantastic customer service for more than 15 years! I highly recommend Galen, Donna, Keri, and Darla for all your insurance needs!!! These four people work together to meet your needs and let me tell you, they are absolute awesome sauce! They make filing claims a breeze and have always reimbursed me quickly if I had to pay for a tow or lockout. This office is staffed with all licensed agents, so it doesn't matter who you talk to, they all know their stuff and will help you with a smile on their face that you can even hear through the phone. 5+ stars!!!!!"
