"The staff was efficient and personable and the rates were much more attractive than Travelers. I hope if I have a claim the reviews on Facebook do not prove out to be true. When I shared my experience with Travelers and switching to State Farm I was bombarded with comments like "You'll be sorry" and "It's the old Bait and Switch" They will jump your Premiums in excess next year. I also heard of lengthy delays in respect to settling claims. Like I said, I hope they don't become true. Facebook wasn;t flattering to you."
